These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our services, including but not limited to web development, exhibition design, and graphic design (“Services”). By engaging with our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

Scope of Services

• Dee Design provides professional web development, exhibition design, and graphic design services as outlined in individual project proposals or agreements.
• Any additional services requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated prior to commencement.

Client Responsibilities

• The client shall provide all necessary materials, information, and approvals required for the completion of the Services in a timely manner.

• Delays in providing requested inputs may affect project timelines and may result in additional costs.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms and schedules will be specified in the project agreement or invoice. Typically, a deposit is required to initiate the project, with the balance due upon completion.

• Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the agreement.

Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables of the project. However, Dee Design retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless explicitly restricted by the client.

• Any design concepts, drafts, or preliminary works not selected by the client remain the intellectual property of Dee Design.

Revisions and Amendments

• Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond this scope may be charged at an hourly rate.
• All revision requests must be made within the timeline specified in the agreement.

Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.
• Dee Design may sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.

Limitations of Liability

• Dee Design shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its Services.

• The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable laws, regulations, or guidelines for the use of deliverables.

Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice. Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for any completed work and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
• Dee Design reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to comply with these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws

Amendments

Dee Design reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
